[9/8/96] Abbott and Costello's "Who's on First" routine from The Colgate Comedy Hour, sometime during 1951 through 1954. This clip was sampled at 11kHz and uses Fraunhofer's MPEG-2.5 extension. |

[9/17/96] A Whole New World (pop single version) from Disney's Aladdin. RealAudio 3.0, 28.8 Medium Response file provided as comparison. On a good day, you might be able to play the MP3 file I've sampled at 16kHz and encoded at a bitrate of 24kbit/s, which produces high quality streaming audio for 28.8kbs modem users (but not as good as Liquid Audio would provide, with the special filtering they use). A technique I've found useful for inadequate transfer rate: hit pause for a few seconds to build up the audio buffer. |

[10/20/96] Wistful and very beautiful title theme (composed by John Barry) from "Out of Africa", entitled "I Had a Farm". |
